Estimated Salary: AU$95,000 - AU$110,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the construction sector, specifically in Facades/Windows/Louvers/Cladding/Roofing verticals. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance to clients, including value consultation and holistic management from initial contact through to project tender stages.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify key decision-makers, new opportunities, and emerging trends within the target market.
  • CPD Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling technical CPD presentations and in-house product demonstrations to engage clients and promote products.
  • Specification Management: Track and manage specification projects from initial contact through to project tender stages, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and analyze legislation, codes of practice, regulatory matters, and other factors to provide apt and compliant advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development within the construction sector.
  • Ability to travel regularly and be on the road 4 days a week, attending trade events and client meetings as required.
  • Possess impeccable time management skills, customer-centric ethos, and resilience.
  • A minimum 3-year track record in delivering successful sales campaigns and managing complex client relationships.
