**About the Company**
Davidson Technology are looking for a Level 1 & 2 Technical Support Consultant to support one of our valued and reputable customers.
The role will be responsible for maintenance of IT hardware and software, provision of technical support to staff, troubleshooting and project support.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Managing, maintaining, and repairing IT systems.
- Providing remote and face to face technical support to staff.
- Help troubleshoot issues they encounter and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem.
- Acting as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from employees.
- Attending to IT Technical Support needs in Level 2 Service Desk position.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Experience in a Technical Support or Help Desk position.
- Sound IT/technical support knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and be cooperative within a team.
- Experience with Windows 11.
This is a temporay paternity leave cover to start early January and run for 18 weeks.
