Job Title: Principal Policy Officer

The Planned Care Recovery and Reform Program drives best practice across the planned patient journey, focusing on equity and priority populations.

This role is focused on identifying, developing and implementing initiatives to reform the planned care systems. This will be achieved through building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Implementation of the Planned Surgery Reform Blueprint which includes ten key reforms to reshape the Victorian planned surgery system.
  • Leading projects such as the laparoscopies for endometriosis and associated conditions initiative and the Metro CRM Project.
  • Oversight and management of Delivery and Innovation Teams and Patient Support Units to drive improvement in planned care recovery and reform.
