Our team is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to fill this role.

This full-time or part-time position involves delivering exceptional customer service and pet healthcare support to our clients. Our clinic specializes in providing care to Small Animal and Equine patients, collaborating with local wildlife centers to treat native wildlife.

Our multidisciplinary team includes 7 Vets, 8 nurses, and a supportive staff of receptionists and kennel hands. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a reception role and a genuine passion for pet care
  • A willingness to learn about animal health products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
