Drive Growth and Innovation as a Senior Sales Expert

You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth story for an organization with a strong presence in Asia Pacific and a rapidly expanding footprint. As a key member of the Automation practice, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue, margin, pipeline, TCV, and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts, collaborating with industry vertical sales teams to build qualified pipelines, create differentiated solution proposals, and drive closure of sales.
  • Own key performance indicators such as revenue, margin, pipeline, TCV, and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
  • Build senior/mid-level customer relationships in Business & IT by responding to RFI/RFPs and creating targeted pitches and solution offerings.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of growing a successful IT or Consulting practice with experience selling Automation, Process Consulting, Data & Analytics solutions.
  • A strong understanding of AI solutions, specifically Gen AI, through work with cloud partners like Google, AWS, and Microsoft.
