We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Earlyhood. As a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you will lead the curriculum and inspire a positive learning culture within our Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Collaborate with the Centre manager to achieve educational goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and support educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to education and care.
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ECT qualified).
  • NESA accreditation.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or Educational Leader position.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
  • Valid Working With Children's Check.
