About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Director to lead our Early Childhood Education team at KU Children's Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality education and care services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver exceptional education and care services
  • Develop and implement education programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • Collaborate with the Education and Quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with children, families, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality education and care services
Requirements
  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
  • Completed Child Protection Training and demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates and approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
