We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a driven full-time Receptionist to join our team in Alice Springs. If you have a strong motivation to succeed in the real estate industry, combined with social media and marketing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritise, this is the ideal role for you.

About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office and wider real estate operation. Your professional service will be the first point of contact for customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone. In addition, your administrative skills will contribute to creating an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, the following attributes are essential:

  • A passion for real estate and a drive to succeed
  • Self-motivation to meet deadlines and be proactive in tasks arising
  • Previous experience in prioritising competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media, advertising, banking, expense processing, and other administrative tasks
  • Professional phone manner with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency, including MS suite, and knowledge of Canva (advantageous)
  • The ability to quickly grasp new internal systems
  • Previous experience working within a team setting
