Senior Manager QA and Automated Testing

The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and Testing is a key leadership role responsible for defining and implementing the quality assurance strategy for projects.

  • This includes developing and maintaining quality assurance methodologies, defining testing plans, and establishing testing environments and metrics.
  • They will also be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals, developing their skills and expertise, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance strategies and methodologies for projects
  • Define and implement testing plans and procedures
  • Establish and maintain testing environments and data
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and automation frameworks
  • Experience leading QA teams, managing resources effectively, and developing high-performing collaborative environments
  • Deep understanding of health tech product domains, including relevant compliance, regulations, and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
