The opportunity
As QA Lead, you'll guide a team of 6–7 engineers and own QA end-to-end across complex platforms from financial systems through to modern client portals. You'll set the direction, build frameworks, and embed QA into every part of delivery.
What you'll bring
Finance, wealth, or banking background (essential)
– experience with regulated, high-stakes systems
Proven leadership in QA/Test Lead or Manager roles – ability to inspire, uplift, and influence
Hands-on automation expertise (e.g. Selenium) and CI/CD environment knowledge
Superb communication – able to win trust and champion QA as a business driver
Adaptability – confident moving between detail and strategy
