Quality Assurance Leadership Role

Drive quality, consistency, and innovation across every ecommerce project. We seek an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA function.

About the Position

  • Lead a globally distributed QA team, providing coaching, guidance, and career development support.
  • Plan and prioritize QA activities across multiple client ecommerce projects.
  • Define, review, and improve QA processes and standards, making recommendations for efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements and plan test coverage.
  • Oversee functional, regression, performance, and exploratory testing efforts, ensuring coverage is appropriate to project complexity and risk.
  • Monitor QA metrics and report outcomes to leadership and clients.
  • Act as the escalation point for quality risks and blockers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in quality assurance roles, with at least 2 years leading QA teams.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and test management suites.
  • Proven track record of managing offshore and onshore teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
  • Advanced knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies and test case design.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
  • ISTQB or similar QA certifications are desirable.
