
Injury Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Injury Management Coordinator to join our team.
- The role will involve coordinating the management of workers' compensation claims and facilitating return to work programs.
- You will be responsible for undertaking case management, providing high-level advice to managers and employees on injury management issues, and maintaining knowledge and sound understanding of the regulatory environment affecting workers' compensation.
As an Injury Management Coordinator, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Undertake case management of workers' compensation claims;
- Facilitate and coordinate return to work programs;
- Provide high-level advice to managers and employees on injury management issues;
- Maintain knowledge and sound understanding of the regulatory environment affecting workers' compensation.
- Completion of, or undertaking, Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management or an equivalent qualification;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Salary: $98,255 to $103,069 per annum;
- Superannuation contribution;
- Access to fitness facilities through Fitness Passport.
