  • Ensure a consistent banking experience from start to finish
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing members through proactive communication
  • Develop trust and confidence with members by fostering open conversations
  • Build connections within the Defence Community
  • Educate members on digital banking tools to enhance their experience
  • Contribute to growth of the Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios
  • Work closely with the Credit Team to meet member expectations within a reasonable timeframe and adhere to credit criteria
