Job Title: Customer Solutions Expert

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary objective is to provide innovative solutions while directing customers to the most suitable channels (eChannels and Self Service) and adhering to policy and process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with procedures and processes outlined in relevant business guidelines, understanding the associated risks.
  • Exceed benchmark transactions and provide an exceptional customer experience.
