We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team of Early Childhood Education professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in a rewarding and dynamic work environment.

The successful applicant will have the chance to earn a Certificate III qualification while working with us, as well as receive full training and support from our team of mentors and trainers.

To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet certain criteria:

- Hold no qualification but demonstrate a strong commitment to studying a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- Possess a current Blue Card before commencing employment
- Be willing to undergo First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training (we can assist with arranging this)
- Demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm and a passion for living a healthy lifestyle

Our centre has been rated Exceeding by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority and offers amazing programs to children and families. We also offer inter-generational activities and wellness programs, beach kindy, music programs and PMP.

This is a permanent full-time position with competitive hourly rates, offering above award wage and a range of benefits including professional development assistance and profit sharing.
