Job Description:

We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead the change management for the roll-out of Salesforce CPQ, a joint initiative between Finance and Sales divisions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact on our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and own the delivery of a best practice change management plan enabling changes in processes, work practices, and systems required to meet project objectives and deliverables.
  • To initiate and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders promoting the adoption of change within the Business.
  • To engage with stakeholders assessing organisational change impacts, readiness, risks, and issues for various business change initiatives.
  • To lead change initiatives including communication, transition, and implementation activities.
  • To build change capacity and resilience across business areas supporting, sustaining, and improving organisational culture throughout the transition of change.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in technology adoption programs.
  • A solid understanding of people and process issues when implementing Information Technology change across an organisation.
  • Experience in consulting with senior leaders and stakeholders delivering change outcomes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of outcomes, and a self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic approach to achieving goals through effective team and individual work.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project/Change Management or a related field or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications and experience.
