Heavy Diesel Equipment Servicer Role

Are you a skilled plant mechanic looking for a challenging role in the mining industry? We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Equipment Servicer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform servicing, repair and maintenance of large scale mobile mining equipment including CAT Trucks and Dozers, Graders and other ancillary equipment as directed in accordance with lubrication and maintenance systems documentation.
  • Complete General Maintenance, Breakdowns, Services and Component changeouts to a high standard.
  • Source technical information from relevant reference manuals, OEM and computer based systems.
  • Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
  • Conduct required inspections to maximise equipment utilisation.

About You:

  • Trade Qualified Plant Mechanic Certificate III Automotive Mechanical Technology (Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment) or similar qualification.
  • Post-trade experience working in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience in general maintenance, breakdowns, component changeouts and servicing of Heavy Earthmoving equipment is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience with Liebherr and CAT large earthmoving equipment is also preferred.
