Heavy Diesel Fitter

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our team in Muswellbrook, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing, repair and maintenance of large-scale mobile mining equipment including CAT Trucks, Dozers and Graders, and other ancillary equipment as directed in accordance with the servicing, lubrication, and maintenance systems documentation.
  • Rebuilding and repairing heavy machinery, including Liebherr Excavators and Caterpillar Haul Trucks.
  • Conducting advanced breakdown and failure diagnostics on equipment, machine overhauls and planned component changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade Certificate as a Plant Mechanic or equivalent.
  • Valid Australian Drivers licence.
  • Valid Australian Citizenship or visa.
  • Post-trade experience in maintenance, diagnosis, component changeouts, and servicing of heavy earth moving equipment.
