Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Administrator to join our team in Brisbane on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all creditor invoices related to job and GL purchases (on account).
  • Ensure timely entry and coding of invoices for all divisions.
  • Allocate expenses accurately to relevant jobs/servers in MYOB for project costing.
  • Reconcile and process travel expenses, including flights and accommodation.
  • Liaise with project managers and internal teams to verify invoice allocations and approvals.
  • Assist with end-of-month reporting and cost tracking as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration, ideally in mining, construction, or project services.
  • Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cost centres or jobs.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced finance team.
