Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Professional to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive health and safety systems and protocols.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain proactive health and safety strategies across all sites.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and updates of existing health and safety policies and procedures to mitigate potential risks.
  • Analyse work environments to identify and prevent hazards through preventative measures.
  • Investigate non-compliance incidents and implement corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance with legislative standards.
  • Foster a strong safety culture by providing expert guidance and coaching to management.
  • Engage staff and promote effective health and safety practices through open communication and training programs.
  • Develop and deliver targeted health and safety training programs based on organisational needs and goals.
  • Manage injury and workers' compensation processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor claims and incidents to inform the creation of preventive health and safety programs.
  • Nurture relationships with external health and safety organisations to stay up-to-date with best practices.
