**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team in this enchanting Moreton Island setting. As an Assistant Watersports Manager, you will be responsible for leading water-based activities, ensuring safety and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • A strong background with boats, encompassing maintenance, driving, and general management
  • Ample tourism knowledge, including tour management, booking systems, and excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarity in diving, encompassing dive operation management and maintenance
