We are currently seeking an Assistant Watersports Manager who possesses a unique blend of boating expertise, diving experience, and exceptional customer service acumen. Your unwavering commitment to safety and a fervor for creating unforgettable moments for our guests are key.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Profound Boating Knowledge: A strong background with boats, encompassing maintenance, driving, and general management.

Ample Tourism Knowledge: Experience in tour management, booking systems, and excellent customer service skills.

General Diving Knowledge: Familiarity in diving, encompassing dive operation management and maintenance.

Passion for Safety: A dedication to safety, ensuring the well-being of our guests and team members.

Ability to work in fast pace and dynamic work environments.

PADI Instructor Certification: Applicants must hold a minimum OWSI (Open Water Scuba Instructor) rating.

Dive Operation Management Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of dive operation management experience is required.
