Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs an Urban Development Project Coordinator with our team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of our construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice on project delivery processes and engineering principles;
- Conducting quality assurance and project administration tasks;
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and meeting project deadlines;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree or equivalent qualification;
- Proven management skills, including planning, coordinating, and supervising technical aspects of projects;
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders;
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project applications;
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
