Civil Construction Supervisor Opportunity

The Opportunity

As a Civil Construction Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work on various full-time roles across projects based around the greater Ipswich and Logan regions. Your prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar, will enable you to read and interpret plans, possess strong safety knowledge and initiative, and be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To supervise and coordinate the activities of site teams, ensuring efficient project execution and meeting deadlines.
  • To maintain high standards of quality and safety, adhering to relevant regulations and codes.
  • To develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and reducing costs.
  • To communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and contractors.

Requirements

  • Prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
  • The ability to read and interpret plans.
  • Strong safety knowledge and initiative.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to work with little supervision and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Current driver's license and Construction White Card.
