Senior Revenue Manager

This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and accurate billing of services, meeting service delivery and regulatory obligations.
About the Role:- Lead the Billing team responsible for service delivery and outputs impacting on revenue recovery capabilities.
- Oversee billing functions and processes to meet performance standards, compliance, audit requirements, and defined targets.
- Analyse transactional volumes and work trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation, providing routine and ad-hoc performance reporting against KPIs and dashboard measures.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring across the Billing team, fostering a culture of professional development and continuous improvement.
- Regularly monitor and assess performance, conducting performance review meetings to address performance gaps, develop learning plans, share and recognise performance achievements, targets, and goals.
- A postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification in Accounting or Finance, or extensive work experience.
- Strong experience leading and managing a team.
- Effective negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
