About the Role
The Industrial Coatings Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coatings division and ensuring operational excellence. This role is crucial in ensuring that all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and meet our stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan production schedules and manage a skilled team of blasters and painters.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and conform to Client's operational policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing production in an industrial coatings environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety standards and quality control.
