Job Overview

We are currently seeking talented and experienced individuals with a background in the Asphalt Industry, Civil Construction, and Road Maintenance to join our team for upcoming projects. The positions will be based in various locations, and we are particularly interested in filling the following roles:

  • HC/MC Truck Drivers
  • Machine Operators
  • Asphalt Workers
  • Forklift Operators

All applicants must be willing to work night shifts and remotely if required.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating heavy machinery and equipment
  • Assisting with site labour and ground work
  • Working around bulk earthworks and services
  • Undertaking multiple driving tasks involved in road construction

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A current MR driving license
  • Relevant machinery tickets
  • An industry white card
  • Sound oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time and workload management skills
  • Confidence to work unsupervised or in a team environment
  • Full Australian working rights

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $36-$41, allowances covered, and standard PPE provided. Additionally, we offer:
