Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to produce great quality food within our KPI targets.
  • Ensure solid kitchen operations to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Prepare and deliver our famous TGI Friday's food in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve monthly goals and drive business performance.
  • Maintain thorough cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Energetic attitude, team player approach, and strong work ethic.
  • Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired but not essential.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
