Our client, a leading insurance organisation, is seeking an experienced and motivated Risk and Compliance professional to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in risk and compliance, particularly within the financial services sector.
You will work closely with various business units to ensure the organisation's Risk and Compliance Frameworks are effectively implemented and maintained. Key responsibilities include managing and updating Risk and Compliance systems, maintaining registers, preparing reports for management and the board, and supporting training initiatives. You will also conduct data analysis to identify trends and support the organisation in adapting to regulatory changes, ensuring ongoing compliance.
Key Skills and Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in risk and compliance within financial services, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in controls testing, report writing, and data analysis, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in workers' compensation, insurance, and qualifications in Risk and Compliance will be highly regarded.
