Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Seven West Media. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report preparation, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with sales executives and group sales managers to achieve short-term revenue goals.
  • Contribute to the attainment of sales targets through proactive sales initiatives and effective yield management.
  • Ensure seamless operations by providing crucial administration support and mastering data entry.
  • Navigate the TV Network Sales system to optimize campaign delivery within client parameters.
  • Maintain impeccable organization by efficiently filing all documents, reports, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Prior sales-related experience is advantageous, although not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing data entry and administrative duties.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
