Job Title

Business Development Team Leader required for dynamic leader to head the Business Development Support Team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and motivating a geographically dispersed team, with significant achievements in administrative or support functions.

Candidates should have a background in property or a related field, with desirable experience in team leadership, administration, leasing, sales, and business development.

This role involves leading an administrative team to support business development, leasing, and acquisition functions, contributing to the provisioning of properties for Defence members and their families.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter and a collaborative team player who can contribute to our organisation's goals.

About The Role

In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of the annual leasing and acquisition programs in accordance with the approved provisioning plan across multiple regions to achieve national objectives.

You will be responsible for providing team leadership for the Business Development Support team, and administrative support and analysis of compliance of opportunities provided via our supplier networks against DHA's requirements to support delivery of high volumes of properties nationally, under both short- and long-term arrangements with suppliers and DHA's Business Development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an administrative team to support business development, leasing, and acquisition functions.
  • Contribute to the provisioning of properties for Defence members and their families.
  • Provide team leadership for the Business Development Support team.
  • Analyse compliance of opportunities provided via our supplier networks against DHA's requirements.
