The Role

We're seeking Front of House Casuals to join our team at Holey Moley Melbourne. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a top-tier service mindset
  • Drive sales through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working collaboratively with your team to succeed
  • Take pride in your venue, ensuring it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
  • Own your space – be trained in all areas and bring your A game whether behind the bar, at reception, or running a function
  • Follow safety and compliance procedures to ensure guests and teammates are safe
  • Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience
