About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with talented chefs and provide exceptional dining experiences for guests. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain an efficient kitchen environment.
  2. Anticipating guest needs and delivering tailored service.
  3. Coordinating daily tasks with the Chef de Partie.
  4. Assisting in daily kitchen operations as directed.
  5. Maintaining timely and efficient work practices.
  6. Minimizing waste and ensuring cleanliness and safety.
  7. Supporting training and development of junior staff.
  8. Acting on behalf of the Chef de Partie in their absence.
