Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional who possesses strong product knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver authentic, attentive, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a clean and well-organised section at all times.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a dedicated section of the restaurant to ensure every guest enjoys a premium yet approachable experience.
  • Anticipating guest needs and responding proactively with genuine hospitality.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised section at all times.
  • Possessing full knowledge of the menu, including sake, Japanese whiskies, signature cocktails, and small plates.
  • Confidently explaining dishes and beverages, offering thoughtful recommendations, and upselling where appropriate.
  • Collaborating closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
