The Job Description
  1. Create engaging interactions with our diverse range of guests – from teens to adults – ensuring their time with us is enjoyable and memorable.
  2. Drive sales on every shift by upselling, showcasing product knowledge, and proactively engaging with guests to meet targets.
  3. Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and overcome challenges, taking pride in your venue's appearance and ensuring it's well-stocked at all times.
  4. Be adaptable and take ownership of your space, receiving training in various areas and applying your skills behind the bar, at reception, or during functions.
  5. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues alike, adhering to safety and compliance procedures.
  6. Anticipate guests' needs and exceed expectations, going above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience.
Requirements
  • Unique blend of passion, energy, and positivity.
  • Proven customer service, hospitality, or retail experience with a talent for building rapport.
  • Able to interact with a diverse range of guests, including children and adults.
  • Flexibility, availability to work weekends and nights, and a valid RSA and WWCC or willingness to obtain them.
