We're looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a People and Culture Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Job Overview

The People and Culture Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring that all new hires have a seamless transition into their roles. Additionally, they will support staff development, training, and performance management, driving initiatives that promote staff wellbeing and engagement.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
