Job Title: Section WaitstaffKey Responsibilities:

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Section Waitstaff to join our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Assist the wait staff by ensuring that all tables are well-maintained, clean, and tidy at all times.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Waitstaff or Runner in an a-la-carte restaurant.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations through exceptional customer service skills.
  • Possession of a Victorian RSA Certificate.
