Dining Experience Coordinator

Delivering exceptional dining experiences for seniors requires a unique blend of culinary expertise and interpersonal skills. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every meal is a memorable occasion for our residents.
About the Role- Meal Preparation: Assist in preparing meals under the supervision of a qualified chef or cook, which may include chopping vegetables, assembling salads, portioning food, and preparing simple dishes.
- Serving Meals: Help serve meals to residents during mealtimes, ensuring each resident receives the appropriate meal according to their dietary requirements.
- Dining Room Setup: Set up dining areas before mealtimes, ensuring tables are clean and all necessary items like cutlery, plates, and glasses are in place.
- Dishwashing and Cleaning: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area.
- Resident Interaction: Interact with residents in a friendly and courteous manner during mealtimes, addressing their needs and requests as appropriate.
- FHSA (Food Handlers Safety Accreditation)
- Adaptable, passionate and willing to learn
