Digital Asset Security Specialist

To safeguard digital assets and help drive business results, this position acts as a security resource with expertise in web application assessments and penetration testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive security evaluations and manual penetration testing of web, APIs, and mobile applications.
- Participate in simulated red team and automated pentest exercises either internally or by third parties.
- Coordinate external penetration testing activities.
- Utilize open-source tools, scripts, and techniques to identify publicly exposed assets and vulnerability surfaces.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure and development teams for remediation efforts.
- Review application architecture and flow to detect potential flaws.
- Use various tools for vulnerability scanning of IT assets and conduct dynamic/static application assessments.
- Support development teams with secure coding best practices.
- Perform cloud security reviews and prepare detailed reports outlining gaps and remediation recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in web application assessments and penetration testing.
- Familiarity with open-source tools, scripts, and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of web, API, and mobile application security.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
