Job Title

As a lecturer of Master of Social Work (Qualifying), you will be responsible for the ongoing development, improvement, and delivery of the program, ensuring compliance with educational standards.

  • Develop and deliver face-to-face teaching, student engagement sessions, and learning materials.
  • Create learning resources including study guides, webinars, and assessment instructions for assigned subjects.
  • Provide student support via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Encourage student engagement in their studies.
  • Assess student assessments in accordance with policies.
  • Identify at-risk students and develop individual learning plans as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have an AASW-approved qualification at Ph D level or Level 9 (Masters) with at least 5 years of relevant teaching, research, or professional experience in social work or community services. Alternatively, completion of at least two-thirds of a relevant Doctorate or Ph D (Level 10) plus 3 years of relevant experience is required.
