Job Description

We're seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Front Office & Food & Beverage team. As a leader, you'll be responsible for supervising and motivating team members, ensuring all levels of service run smoothly, and managing financial outcomes. You'll also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, hiring and developing team members, and attending scheduled F&B meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office & Food & Beverage team
  • Supervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team
  • Ensure all levels of service run smoothly
  • Manage financial outcomes
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Hire, Develop and Coach team members
  • Attend all scheduled F&B and other relevant meetings when required
  • Handle customer complaints
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role in a dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Stellar communication and organizational prowess
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively
  • Hold a valid RSA
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Availability for nights and weekends
