We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Restaurant and Bar Attendant to join our team at Pro-invest Careers. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Greet every guest with a warm welcome and provide personalized service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Mixology and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages, using your knowledge of mixology and attention to detail.
- Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock and supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, but we are also open to training the right candidate.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of mixology and beverage service, with the ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
- Certifications: Must have or be willing to obtain any required local or state certifications.
- Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
