About this Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our team at Bank of Queensland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives within our Business Digital Bank ART, supporting the growth and development of our digital banking ecosystem.
As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating the successful planning, execution, and delivery of business banking and commercial digital transformation across our group. You will leverage agile methodologies, including SAFe, to drive cross-functional teams to success, ensuring objectives are completed within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
You will work closely with the product owner to drive multiple digital and technical initiatives, incorporating capabilities in Project Management, Business Analytics, and Organisation Change Management. Your key responsibilities will include contributing to Program Increment planning, aligning with our digital bank vision and transformation roadmap, defining and sequencing activities to develop and control the delivery schedule, and providing oversight and support to IT Readiness and Business Implementation activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager, leading the delivery of complex projects and programs. Your background in Payment, Business Banking, and Financial services is essential, as well as your expertise in Agile methodologies, including SAFe Agile. Strong coaching, consultation, and negotiation skills are also required to engage and influence both external and internal stakeholders, including senior management.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
