Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Account Professional to drive growth and manage key client relationships. This is a dynamic role that requires a results-driven individual with excellent sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client accounts.
  • Create and implement GTM strategy and account plans to achieve revenue and business development goals, as well as client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and pain points, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that address specific client requirements.
  • Owning all sales opportunities for the entire sales lifecycle and accountable for the accuracy of sales data and forecast.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Extensive experience in account management, sales, or business development within the technology and/or financial services industry; experience with AI, AML, or compliance solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
