Job Title: Senior Lawyer for Casualty and Liability Matters

Job Description:

This role involves providing clients with expert advice on complex casualty and liability matters. You will have the autonomy to build relationships with clients and stakeholders while being supported by a growing team.

The position encompasses a broad range of personal injury claims, including abuse and coronial matters, as well as product liability and property damage.

You will be part of a dynamic team with excellent career progression prospects and enjoy a friendly and inclusive culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong litigation experience preferably in personal injury insurance
  • A current practising certificate for NSW
  • 4 years' plus PAE
  • Training and experience gained in a mid or top tier law firm
  • Self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication, and time management skills
  • Team player who is professional, client focused and supportive of colleagues
