About the Role

The position entails providing expert advice to clients in complex casualty and liability matters. You will have autonomy and be supported to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The role encompasses a broad variety of personal injury claims, including abuse and coronial matters, as well as product liability and property damage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Suitable candidates will bring strong litigation experience preferably in personal injury insurance.

  • Litigation experience in personal injury insurance
  • Current practising certificate for NSW
  • 4 years' plus PAE
  • Training and experience gained in a mid or top tier law firm
