Senior Remedial Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to join our team in the Remedial Engineering Services division.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on overseeing the Victorian region's remedial engineering operations, including business development, project delivery, and team management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of engineers and technical staff across remedial and cathodic protection design projects
- Overseeing the delivery of maintenance and monitoring contracts
- Driving business development and building strong client relationships within the Victorian market
- Providing technical and commercial oversight of projects
- Coordinating with national teams and supporting internal initiatives as required
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with exposure to remedial works and cathodic protection preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills, combined with commercial awareness and technical expertise, are essential for success in this role.
A background in engineering design and project execution, along with local industry knowledge and market familiarity, will also be highly valued.
