Business Development and Marketing Leader

MQ Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to provide strategic leadership in driving growth, strengthening our brand, and expanding partnerships.
The successful candidate will lead a small, high-performing team to identify new opportunities, enhance patient and referrer engagement, and deliver innovative marketing strategies, supported by the University's marketing team.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand health services, referral networks, and funding sources.
- Lead market analysis to guide service innovation, growth, and revenue diversification.
- Oversee integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for Macquarie University Hospital and Clinics.
- Strengthen the Macquarie University Health brand and ensure alignment with the University's master brand.
- Oversee health-related digital platforms, social media, and website content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, referrers, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of business development and marketing professionals.
