Customer Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume responsibility for customer onboarding, activation, and retention. This individual will be responsible for creating customized success plans, achieving first value quickly, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create tailored onboarding programs to ensure customers realize the full potential of our solutions
  • Develop quarterly check-in processes that tie product usage to business outcomes, driving growth and expansion
  • Identify risk early, build proactive save plans, own renewals, and drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Marketing teams, enabling data-driven decision making
  • Maintain accurate health records, notes, and forecasts to prevent surprises and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
  • Champion playbooks and continuously improve customer experience through process optimization and effective communication
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through clear, calm, and collaborative communication

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field
