We are seeking a Customer Growth Strategist to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS and customer success strategies to drive long-term growth and adoption.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies to promote customer success, adoption, and retention. You will own and manage a portfolio of customers, conducting strategic touchpoints and proactively identifying customer risks before they surface.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to promote customer success and growth.
- Manage a portfolio of customers through both high-touch and scale strategies.
- Conduct strategic touchpoints, including monthly check-ins and QBRs, to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential issues.
- Proactively identify customer risks and mobilize internal teams to address issues swiftly and effectively.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle, including risk identification and mitigation.
- Proven success managing customer portfolios through both high-touch and scale strategies.
